- Customs authorities;
- Force majeure events;
- Circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Customers must inspect delivered products upon receipt.
Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies should be reported promptly and, where applicable, noted on the carrier’s delivery documentation.
Failure to notify AG IVENT CAPITAL within a reasonable period may constitute acceptance of the products.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may benefit from a statutory withdrawal right in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
