1. Right of Withdrawal

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal:

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where required by law.
• Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
• Reimbursement will be processed within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request and, where applicable, the returned goods.

4. Return of Goods

Where physical goods are supplied, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the parties, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain situations permitted by law, including but not limited to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• Services fully performed with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost once performance is complete;
• Goods or services exempted from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. Business Customers

The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies only to consumers. Business-to-business (B2B) transactions may not benefit from withdrawal rights unless expressly provided by contract or applicable law.
